3 stars: Lately it has has been stalling on opening right when I'm trying to ring someone out. I have a new phone so that's not it. I have to uninstall and then install it again for it to work :(. The stalling caused me to lose out on a big sale. Annoying. Also, loved it when we didn't have to ask if they wanted to leave a tip BEFORE inserting their cards. Before you could insert a card for payment and THEN it would ask if you'd like to leave a tip. It was better. I hate having to ask and then insert their card. Embarrassing.
3 stars: I love lots things about PayPal, ease of invoices the account page, quick access to my money. Sadly, I have Consistant problems with swipe reader and with chip reader. Its really embarrassing, my clients standing there when they are ready to leave from session. I waited for 30 minutes for the chip reader to connect to bluetooth and it never connected. Uninstalled the app and installed again, now i cant get access PPHere account unless I give permission let PayPal have complete access to my phone contacts, media and photos. It makes no sense.
4 stars: Said I would get a free card reader by signing up. I've had PayPal business for awhile but there's no option for a free one that it said I would get
5 stars: Since the latest update I have had many problems, have phoned 3 times, factory resets on the reader re installed the app, i noticed when reinstalling the app on android 5 machine a notice came up saying may not be compatib
