4 stars: The app is great but I think you should put some expiration on every user's post they made. maybe a selection like 6, 12, 24 months and it will automatically be deleted. Because some listing in here are already sold out or is out to date.

3 stars: A lot of listings were probably never updated as I have gotten a few replies that the listing is not available. Also, I don't think users would send only 1 inquiry each time we use the app so it is hard to track the replies from the agents. Standardized responses with info about the property would make an easier/faster conversation with the agent.
3 stars: Apps good and useful but this could have been so much better if buyers can view the account or atleast see more details about the seller or the broker who posted the property, it would appear so much more convincing to us to contact the person who posted it if theres visibke information to back their claim of the land or show that they are really capable(authorized) of selling the property
3 stars: Much better if listings are updated in the app some posts are no longer available when you check the link in google but still available in the app. And also some posts doesn't have price. Atleast have them put price range so it will save time and effort for potential customers some of then Don't reply when
