    5 stars: Perhaps this app could have some distress tolerance techniques or guided prompts which could be useful to anyone who could end up in a highly distressed state. Otherwise the app is pretty complete with tracking mood, anxiety scale, journal log, quick meditations, goal setting,
    4 stars: I have used this app for a while now. It was actually recommended to me by a therapist, if I remember correctly. It has really helped my anxiety. I used to have absolutely crippling anxiety. It felt like constant alarm bells in my head and chest. Like everyday was a life or death scenario despite there being no threats. I love the cue cards. I struggle with dislocation so it's so nice to have these reality affirming reminders. Recommended.
    3 stars: You cant write more then 3 times a day, and the text boxes are too small for me to fit everything in one. Why do you even have a limit??
    2 stars: like other apps in this genre, user selects from prefab responses to be directed to tool set based on responses. there is nothing unique about it. a flow chart would do just as well in steering people toward resources. the tools might be helpful, but I can read websites on my own; the app has no interactive activities. This just isn't helpful.
