5 stars: I have been trying HIIT and after 1 episode of every one that I tried, I am down for a while. I am disabled and trying to slowly get back in shape. This is the first app where I can actually start out as the beginner that I am and gradually build up. it is also the only one I have seen that includes a warmup and cooldown. Yay, for this team!!
4 stars: Great app with no ads, only one small improvement could be helpful: allow more time for the wind down phase, the voice says to do the exercises for 10-30 secs but the instructions stay on screen only for a few seconds and then it goes to the next phase immediately. In any case, I will continue using it!
5 stars: Downloaded after seeing recommendations on free fitness apps. It's great! Simple to use and the videos give a great demonstration with a timer countdown. As I'm only just getting back into exercise I've only used the easy and moderate routines, but they are really useful and my body is hurting so definitely getting my muscles working again.
