    3 stars: I don't use the app that often - mostly just for the wish list function and to see availability in store. However, every couple of months the wish list button disappears and I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to fix it. It's frustrating, especially when I'm in the store without wifi trying to look at my wishlist. This has been an issue for years.
    2 stars: The website works better. I tried to buy a book and it wouldn't let me view or add things to my cart. I tried to buy plum+ and it didn't work, but when I tried again it said I already purchased it. I can't add anything to a wishlist because it says it's unavailable. May as well buy from Amazon, bc it's a lot easier and less annoying, despite some differences in pricing.
