3 stars: Poor user experience: please test first! Example: to set my date of birth I have to select from a calendar starting at today's date and cannot simply select it enter a day, month and year independently of each other. Result? I have to 'click' OVER 400 TIMES just to enter my date of birth. Absolutely ridiculous! Please fire your app developer for gross stupidity on this point alone. Similar, but not as bad when entering passport data. Passport scanner is a nice idea but does not work. Please can you ask your app designer to approach the design from the users point of view and make it friendly to use. Thank you.
