5 stars: Love the app. Usining it daily. With hybrid and its charging it is very conviniant to have it. Yes it happens that I can not connect, but its very, very rearly - my understanding that it is connected with the updates of the app.
3 stars: Nice to finally get SoC in percent in the app! During my two years with the app, my experience is that the stability has improved. But still I find myself using the ID app for everyday operations like checking SoC and preheating the coupe. Why? Because ID app loads much faster.
2 stars: When it works, it is nice to be able to turn the AC on and such, but the app is very slow to open (15-20 seconds) and any action you do also takes more than 10 seconds. Sometimes the app will lock you out requiring you to log in again
