5 stars: Love! Im a hairstylist and have been using vagaro for the last 6 years. It is by far the best booking app I have used. The appointment reminders and conformation txt sent to clients alone are worth it! The live chat is great very helpful, the online booking for clients is easy to navigate through even for the non techy people. The ability to keep all client notes in one spot is great. Highly recommend
5 stars: It works pretty well. I enjoy a lot of the features which is why I switched from godaddy's website and booking system to vagaro. Can you guys fix the interface between the calendars in CalDAV sync. You lose most of the information for your appointment in there
4 stars: Vagaro is awesome, and I really enjoying it so far. However, it is too bad that it doesn't allow credit card processing in Canada yet. This means that I can't sell any memberships or use a variety of features. At least I can check out customers using cash or check and sell packages. Other than that the app is awesome and really easy to use, and the how to videos are helpful as well.
3 stars: The last up grade is terrible! I don't like the automatic expantion of every field. To many buttons to push! The keyboard should come up automatically after you put clients name in. To much repetition, like trying to delete any you ask 4 times! Not good! To many buttons to push to get to client appointments.
