4 stars: Why does the car need to be locked first when trying to remote start? If someone tries to drive away without the key in the car the car will shut off. I live in a area where I don't always lock car at night and after waiting a few minutes to have the app tell me car is unlocked when I try to start then remote lock it then remote start it I could've gone out and warmed it up for 5 minutes already
3 stars: System makes u enter a pin even to turn a/c. Can't adjust a/c while it is turned on. Can't adjust fan setting. Software email constantly says doors are unlocked even though they r locked.

3 stars: Very slow to process commands. Does not show status of windows/sunroof. Can not configure heated/cooled seats with command start, but you can configure the heated steering wheel.. It may be my cell provider, but there's about a 30% chance a command will fail stating (roughly) \
3 stars: If you have two vehicles using the same app, it would be nice if the name of the vehicle was displayed on the page with the vehicle controls so you knew which vehicle you were controlling. Engine only runs 10 min, not great when its -15C out. Would be nice to be alerted of low fluids like
