5 stars: There's no other live wallpaper app that lets you use your own gif and make it scrollable without having to crop/stretch. Took a little bit of tinkering to figure things out and there was a slight issue where the wallpaper didn't show correctly until locking and unlocking the screen but after all that everything works exactly how I want it. Couldn't be happier.
