5 stars: The app works great now, and the service is on par with the major providers. Earning Mobile is just the icing on top. I've had the service since Dec 2023 and have no complaints. Customer service was top notch and was quick to help. The app some issues early on, but it's come it a long way! Highly recommend.
4 stars: Love the service. It is just as good as using Tmobile (or better) for WAY cheaper. On my device (OnePlus 7 Pro And 12), every time the app is updated, the app just crashes when I try to open it and I end up having to reinstall it everytime! Also, please add support for android 10. This older device would greatly benefit from such support.
3 stars: I like what the phone service is doing, but the app is very inefficient. When I click on mapping, it should just go to Mapping. Adding a button just to skip pushing a button is redundant. Toggling on mapping is a series of buttons that are completely unnecessary. Also having to confirm something every time is annoying. Most apps take those privileges anyway. Dark mode is gone, please fix that. My eyes are light
