5 stars: My First Experience wasn't Good. But the second was super excellent and am on the third. My speaking with Harry one of the US team made things much easier. So they are good to go and I hope they keep their records Good as I continue to do business with them. My review is subject to change if their services gets better or get worse. But as of now am giving them Best services.
5 stars: The app is seamless and delivery is also on point. My item was picked and delivered on time as expected.
4 stars: So the app looks good and work well but the tracking isn't so easy to understand. I technically don't understand what you mean at each stage. Maybe use simpler and clear description of each stage for clarity and understanding of the delivery timeline.
3 stars: I have an issue with the app and not the company's operational policy. I have some questions to ask the customer care service and when I clicked on the contact us in the help and support menu, nothing appeared. Can't chat, can't call, not even the email is displayed.
3 stars: The app keeps crashing anytime I want to fund account, I have uninstalled and reinstalled it's still the same thing, I have tried creating pick up and deliver but when it gets to fund account it will close down, this has been going on since last month, I have gone to your service station to complain but they couldn't proffer solution, I don't know what else to do.
