3 stars: I decided to edit my review. When this app works, its pretty awesome. And it usually does work. Just happens to not work when I need it to the most. Also worth mentioning ive tried with two different phones on two different phone services at two different stores and this app stalls really bad in-store - making it only usable for pickups, not for in-store shopping with large grocery lists.
5 stars: Trying delivery service for first time. App was a tiny bit confusing to add a product to the cart, but I figured it out. Will see how the items look when delivered. I am a bit leary of having fresh food delivered but having groceries delivered will really help my family in current situation.
5 stars: I like that my grocery store now has a truly contactless payment option. One suggestion: when paying over the app, how about not printing a receipt, but keeping that in the app too?
3 stars: FIX YOUR TIMEZONE ISSUES WITH COUPONS IN ARIZONA. Most features work well: searching, delivery orders, Kroger pay, coupons that are not close to their expiration dates. But: Timezone issues mess up coupon clipping and usage on the last day of the deal in Arizona. This has hit me multiple times, requiring help from a cashier to override and get me the deal.
5 stars: Fry's shopping on the application is very convenient. I have been doing it for years. They brings the groceries to your vehicle and tell what they have and don't have, and substitutions.
