5 stars: Okay! There was a password glitch, but the developer fixed it quickly and all is well! I've used this app for the past few years; really helpful, and I'd hate to have to shop without it! My favorite features are having product in-store locations listed, digital coupons being shown along with each item, and online ordering. Thanks for a great app!
3 stars: Can't access app. Will not open completely and just backs me out to my home page. Before I was having this issue, before covid, the app would not take off my digital coupons. Was happy before with the app but lately been having a lot of issues.
3 stars: Needs API to help direct consumers to items in store. A map of where items are located inside the store. It would be great to create a list at home and when arriving to the store. A GPS would guide shoppers through for the best experience and better results. Stores could prep and stick according to orders. Great data capture.
3 stars: The app can be confusing at first because it does not always follow cultural protocol. For instance, you check a box for items on your shopping list to REMOVE them, not add them. Once you figure it out, it's convenient and helpful, but it's still hard not to check those boxes when you want something.
4 stars: since the April 15 update the app won't log me in, saying my email/password is wrong. after resetting my password I checked and I can log in on the website, but not the app. Uninstalling and reinstalling did not hel
