    5 stars: Very good app and service (in Chicago at least). My only complaint is that you can't check times for public transport while on a bike ride. This would be useful to know whether it would be faster to take the train/bus vs keep biking, for example. However, it's not really enough to dock a star so I'm still really satisfied.
    5 stars: Its good, they need to make the bike angel stuff more obvious because it's a great system and I didn't know about it for months
    4 stars: I enjoy using this bike to ride the trail early in the morning. Bikes are fun. I got a free basic membership through my college but i might sign up for it once this one expires.
    4 stars: Map tracking/GPS could be more accurate, and instructions for the keypad could be better (it's uncommon to see a keypad with just three digits, I didn't even realize what it was for a few minutes). The app itself works pretty well otherwise, even though I did come across a bug where the code didn't appear when I tried to unlock a bike. I do wish there was an easier way to see if a station is full or totally out beforehand.
    3 stars: Great bikes, but the pricing is somewhat inconsistent. Some stations advertise 3 USD per half hour, but I was just billed 9 USD for 45 min, why? Happy to share photo of the sign.
    3 stars: Fun once you find a working scooter. Had to go to like three places just to find one that worked. And it's a bit expensive
