3 stars: It is pretty glitchy with reservations and saving your credit card so it makes me a little worried with getting a queue position for any of the rides
4 stars: Just wondering if anyone has information on how to receive credit on Canadian Resident Passes set to exspire on Dec 31, 2022. Appatrently, they may be used as a credit but you have to attend at a ticket booth at Disneyland. Little risky for Canadians who need to book flights and hotels without being able to make park reservations or knowing if they can gain entry.
4 stars: For the most part it was a pretty solid app for ya. Where it lost me BIG TIME was that we couldn't buy a max pass in airplane mode. I didn't want to pay for roaming fees, so I wanted to just stick with wifi, but the app kept telling us there's weak or no internet. A staff member took it off airplane mode which made it work, but then I had to pay for roaming. He gave the pass to me for free for the inconveniences though.
5 stars: Only found two minor glitches that were rectified by Disney staff immediately. Our mobile food order disappeared after ordering and our fast passes did the same. This only happened once and we were told that everything is linked to our digital ticket bar codes if it ever happened again. Great app! Everything in one place and every phone in our group was linked allowing everyone to have access to all the information.
