5 stars: I am a huge fan of Crumbl cookies when I visit the States and now that they have locations in Canada, I love them even more. Recently I went to order a box of 4 cookies in the app and it was a very smooth process. I had no issues finding my nearest location and was able to get the flavors I wanted before they changed. 10/10 would recommend and love how the app puts your order status on the homepage for easy navigation.
5 stars: honestly the best cookies I have ever tried. the cookies are 10/10 but just a lot for how big they are and I don't really like the chocolate, it is extremely rich but everything else is just beautiful and delicious. the service is 10/10 they were so nice and slowly explained every cookie and what they are made out of. honestly, one of the best experiences I have had as a customer.
4 stars: The new update has been great, I prefer this one to the old one. What I wish to see is an interactive game that could also make you earn crumbs, but of course the point system would be very high. The app can receive more clicks and downloads, and the consumer would spend time trying to get more crumbs.
3 stars: Stupid how it is harder to get in to this app and change information than it is to change information with my BANK! I can't even change a simple number with out calling customer service and taking a lot more time out of my day. An email and password is enough security for a cookie app!
