4 stars: The log on problem has been fixed with the latest update and the app is excellent when you are able to get in. Unfortunately it keeps coming up with a privacy statement to tick which it sends to the internet. That's great but if it comes up when you have no wi-fi or mobile signal it doesn't work and appears to log you out. I really can't see the need for a log in!
3 stars: Ok - finally BMW appear to have fixed the login issues. However, there are quite a few bugs with this version and it keeps closing. Dont see the same issues on the iPhone version. Nothing changed after latest update - still can't log in! Worked great until it updated itself tonight. Now I can't login using my BMW account so can't use it. Seems I'm not the only one! I'm using a Moto G5 on Android 8.1
5 stars: Whooppee it works again. So important when manuals for navigation and media are no longer supplied with the vehicle. Trying to read the manual and configure the vehicle all on one 10 inch screen is not at all good. Please try not to let this happen again. My new vehicle arrives on Monday and the thought of sitting in the car for hours was not something I was looking forward to. If I'm in my car I want to drive it.
