4 stars: Video streaming is great quality. I use this to check on my dogs when I'm at work. Impressed with the ease of set up. I love this app because it sends me a notification if the camera detects movement. When I'm monitoring my furry friends, I can talk to them. My only disappointment is the camera does not pan down enough. If this was better, it would get a full 5 stars.
4 stars: Works well and easy to use. Would appreciate being able to connect people through the pc app without using the phone app; as it stands, sharing the camera to another account requires the other account to download the phone app to accept the invite. Annoying, but not a deal breaker.

5 stars: Feature request: Display the start time and end time when the camera has been turned off. Also when the camera loses power. Currently, if the camera is off it looks the same as when the camera doesn't pick up activity for recording.
3 stars: User friendly. However I bought the camera on Amazon that had a promotion for 6 months of free cloud and never got it. So I'm paying monthly for recording. Sometimes notifications don't come through when I set my camera to away mode. But I find deleting and redownloading the app fixes this.
