3 stars: It is a pretty useful app; however, I keep encountering problems with the map to the extent where the driver is in a totally different district from where I used my location. It gets irritating especially when you are late or when you have appointments.

4 stars: The app needs some extra features and tweaks ; You should add the option to set the destination on the map by dropping a pin on the map, instead of just writing the name of the street. There should be a better driver location tracking feature, I never know where the driver is, and they never know where exactly am I. Sidi bel Abbès expansion ? 😁
5 stars: The provided service is really good and professional. Which is really impressive. However, the app could use some improvement in the matter of calculating an estimation of arrival time and both rating the driver and the passenger. Of course, the online payment would be a huge add
