5 stars: Great app! I enjoy the tracking feature so you can visualize where the vehicle with your package is located as well as the alerts as the vehicle gets closer to you. Your competitor's app does not even come close to the features your app offers.
4 stars: I love how this app notifies me of shipments. Sometimes I'm shipped things without being told so it's nice UPS can notify me automatically. Only issue is once a package is out for delivery tracking the truck on the map doesn't work very well. It says it auto updates but it doesn't. Have to close out the app and go back in to see an update of where they are. Otherwise it's great.
3 stars: The notifications when your package is arriving work great. It has nice options to choose how things get delivered... unfortunately they are ignored so is there really a point to this app? It said it was delivered but also said that it was going to a store. How does one miss simple bugs like this? It didn't send a notification for the delivery attempt/return to depot either.
2 stars: Perhaps one of the least user friendly apps out there. The app doesnt let you sign for your packages when you get email notifications that you can via the app, paying via the app is next to impossible (I ended up calling for one and the driver insisted I never paid, when I had), the app is difficult to navigate and there's very little straight forward UI to navigate around to simplify it.
