5 stars: hey, great app but i need to note a couple of things : sometimes there are problems adding a card through this external card verification service. Anyway more important thing - please allow to disable the sounds, when driver is starting heading to user, being about to come to user and finally accepting the ride. This is stopping the apps that are playing the music atm and ruining the vibe :D
4 stars: If you add the option to determine the tip after the ride, when paying by card, you will get 5 stars. Setting the amount of the tip before just doesn't make sense, considering also that some drivers don't input the exact meter readings after the end of the trip.
4 stars: The driver was flawless. Even without knowing anything about English. There was no problem because the APP hold destination data. The app itself needs improvement. It said no available drivers. It asked for a tip to attract driver. Nothing was found. I tried another company via phone and all of a sudden it beeped on the background saying that taxi had arrived. So improve is adequate.
4 stars: Even though I wasn't in the right area because they dispatched it and I couldn't get anyone else to come where I was I had been waiting for 3 hrs prior to using the app but I booked it they were on time and the driver was very pleasant and got me where I needed to be in a timely fashion thank you taxime
