5 stars: I really appreciate the app design and User Experience. As a software developer myself, I understand how important that is and the amount of effort invested in the Platform. The incorporation of sports is the best feature for me. I love soccer and the EPL experience is AMAZING. I Hope in future All Champions League matches are added as well.
4 stars: Easy to use. I love that it is mostly SA TV programmes. My challenge is that I can't return with a click to a previous episode. Favourite shows don't have a tab to easily navigate to them.
4 stars: Smooth, user-friendly app. Great features. But it's too bad I can't update my account from the app, have to go to the website for that. And once you watch something you cant remove it from your account history. Worth 5 stars if not for that.
3 stars: Having been trying to cancel my subscription going to a month now , cos am been debited through Google play. Have followed all procedure, it isn't successful. Have gone to manage Subscription on the app, no where to cancel d subscription. So help out. In Netflix, it's easy to cancel subscription. Pls ASAP
2 stars: I dislike the blurry display on tuning to a program... can't you'll upgrade pike Netflix... even on uncapped Fibre ... have to struggle to get a clear display.
