5 stars: Great customer support. (I accidentally got subscribed for 1 year, and I tried to get refunded with Google play but got denied, so I contacted the developers and they swiftly refunded me took like 5-10 minutes) Awesome customer support highly recommend :). Also I tried the app it was very easy and worked well.
5 stars: Excellent app to 3d scan and make basic editing of the object. You have limited free credit but to can accumulate more if you share your objects. Very good with objects but not so great with scanning rooms or complex shapes.
4 stars: I have bought and paid for the subscription. The app does not recognize this when I try to download my captures. I tried to re-subscribe and the app tells me I already have a subscription. Same on the laptop. I'm in a vicious circle. Several messages to polycam through whatever means I can find (3 separate e-mails) with screenshots, ect... No one has reached out yet. We'll followed up by the developer. All working well now. Thanks.
4 stars: Thus is by far one of the best scanning apps out there for people with no LIDAR on their phones. The downside is the limited number of times you process and save your scans into models until you have to pay for the app. Overall, photo scanning accuracy is as good as pro for anyone with a good camera on their phones.
