3 stars: Everytime i open the app, i have to reconnect and sometimes it won't even do that. And why do you guys not compatible with Samsung phones?
4 stars: Generally satisfied with the app. The biggest positive surprise lately is the improvement to Hearing Fitness. It is much improved and I appreciate this feature as it helps me maintain track of my Hearing aid usage. Thanks to the Devs, keep up the good work.
5 stars: I have changed my review from 1 star to 5 star! The latest updates to this program have resolved the issues of connecting to the hearing aids with my tablet. They now connect first time every time, making this an excellent app now. Bravo and thank you for having resolved the connectivity issues.
4 stars: I wish it interfaced better with my Android phone. I have to hold the phone to my mouth to be heard by the person at the other end of the phone. Why can't it use the earpiece mic for phone conversation?

4 stars: Update July 9, 2020 - Got an email back advising to reset just phone settings. THIS WORKS. Without messing up anything else. For those of you having the same problem This can be found under: Settings -\u003e General management -\u003e Reset -\u003e Reset Settings. Update - July 6, 2020. Worked great on my S9+, but doesn't open on my S10+. I have very basic control through the dropdown but that's it.
