4 stars: Please check out Hutch self care app. You will understand it's less annoying and it's smooth. Please try to give that feel atleast. I hate opening this app. Just display the money and data and everything in one page. It's annoying to have to click on the data tab to check data. And it takes ages to load. This is the best you can do? I don't think so.

3 stars: This app is really helpfull and it allows you to do almost everything that you need to manage your account without visiting a service outlet. But recently I purchased new HBB connection via the app, and I cannot add that new connection using manage connections option. But it works for the HBB connections that I have purchased through an dialog arcade. Please fix that issue.
3 stars: complicated and often fell over during registration. Really slow and lots of blank white screen to look at while 'something' (or not) happens. Took 2 attempts to load the app and register. Not a great experience for a first time customer.
2 stars: This app is super slow. May be the slowest app I've ever used. Sometimes, I am unable to access the payment gateway. Even if you I had data, error code -8 appeared and the page couldn't load itself. If you cannot speed up the app, reduce some extra features. Focus more on the main features. People don't expect extra features from slower application.
