5 stars: I love this app and service. I often travel alone and Uber drivers were scary and aggressive. My experience with G7 has always been that the drivers are on time, professional, and speak English reasonably well. I won't use any other app.
3 stars: It is OK. Lots of options and usually not much problem to find taxis. Poor géo-localisation and terribly bad customer service . Not good for history of trips if paid in cash. Also it Has missing an option for non smoking taxis. in addition, would cost €7+ for advanced bookings against none for Uber
4 stars: Great people, but doesn't give the exact price (like uber does) which is misleading and makes me hesitate to use it, due to lack of clarity and transparency. I'd be okay if they charged an extra euro for more clarity. (American living in France)
3 stars: Charged 30eur for signup, and 50eur for first ride. This two payments should be on hold. But it still charged me! Edit: This was eventually returned, one week after. Still bad experience!
4 stars: great drivers and clean vehicles. only issue with the app is that it wouldnt accept my card but the cab did accept it.
