4 stars: So simple and so easy to use. It's also not so staticky when you record which is a bonus, no water mark displaying on the screen with the company name on it and the camera is clear but not super clear which makes it more cooler and realistic. You guys should add a pause button and some sort of editor on here and this app would be complete. Also if we can add our music on it. Other than that I like it more than the other apps by far! 😻
3 stars: Really cool... Fade/pause? 90s camcorders didn't always have a pause, but it let you stop recording, and then pick it back up where you left off via a fade in/out. Please add this! Also, making the traking lines along the bottom more random and less frequent would really add to the authenticity, as will being able to adjust the intensity of the color. Will definitely update to 4 or 5 stars if you do.
3 stars: Needs more work This app is something I've been wanting for a long time now. I think it's got the right stuff to be an excellent app, but it's lacking some features and fixes that keep it from becoming just that. For one, there's no settings menu. It would be great if we could change the time stamp on a recorded video or remove it all together. Having the option to adjust the vhs effect would be nice too. Secondly, it can only shoot video. The option to shoot still photos would make Camcorder far more versatile.
3 stars: Works very well. The only problem I had was with the front camera option. My phone's regula
